I've been neglecting my poor blog. I'm going to try to post three times a week for the month of July. I'm also going to be moving at the end of July, so we'll see how feasible that really is.Anyway, I've discovered a new magazine on which to squander my money. It's called Cloth Paper Scissors (http://www.clothpaperscissors.com/) I think it is geared toward people who do a lot of quilting or collaging but it has some inspiring ideas and techniques (although a lot of stuff they spotlight isn't quite my style). In the current issue there are articles about keeping a visual journal, making Artist Trading Cards with felt, tips on balancing life and art, and how to do monoprinting with actual flowers and leaves.
