We celebrated my sister's birthday over the weekend. I was looking for a fun way to decorate the house and came across a stash of crepe paper streamers. I often dismiss streamers and go for something a little more "sophisticated" or unusual. However, there's nothing more festive than a mass of colorful streamers. I also found the cool paper masks (below) at Michaels in their dollar section.
