Cherry Clafouti

It's been a million years since my last post. I had a terrible cold for a couple weeks and that side-tracked me completely.

Anyway, here is a picture of the cherry clafouti that I made last week. I had never made one before and thought it was going to be more cakey. It is actually more of a french toast/custard type dessert. It was delicious, but I wish I had toasted the nuts more.
